 These perfectly light, golden crispy waffles are made with Let’s Do Organic Chickpea Flour by Natalie of @feastingonfruit
The waffles can be made with or without eggs and they’re deliciously both grain-free and gluten-free!

CHICKPEA FLOUR WAFFLES⁠⠀
(Makes 8)⁠⠀
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups (210g Let’s Do Organic Chickpea Flour⁠
  • 2 cups (480g) almond milk⁠
  • ¼ cup applesauce (or 2 eggs)⁠
  • 2 tsps cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt⁠
  • 2-4 tbsp coconut sugar⁠
  • 2 tsps baking powder⁠⠀
Instructions
  1. Whisk together all the ingredients.⁠
  2. Cook in a preheated waffle iron (sprayed with non stick spray) until golden brown.⁠
  3. Pile them up, add toppings, drizzle with syrup, and enjoy!⁠⠀
Notes:
*Refrigerate or freeze the leftovers, and toast to reheat.
