Fruit Salad with Coconut

1 can Native Forest® Pineapple Chunks, drained
1 can Native Forest® Coconut Milk Classic
1 cup Apple, cut into bite size pieces
1 cup Grapes (any variety)
½ cup Let’s Do…Organic® Shredded Coconut
1 bag Walnuts
1 drop Vanilla Stevia

  • Place pineapples, grapes, apples & walnuts in a large bowl.
  • Add stevia to coconut milk & mix well, then pour over fruit & walnuts.
  • Add shredded coconut & mix well.
  • Chill & serve.
