Coconut “Ice Cream”

1 can Native Forest® Organic Coconut Milk
8 oz. Silken Tofu
6 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract

Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until well mixed.
Test for sweetness and add more sugar if desired.
Transfer the mixture into an ice cream machine until ready.
Alternatively, pour into a rigid plastic box and freeze for about 4 hours, stirring once or twice.
