Hearts of Palm and Avocado Salad

Dressing:
1 1/2 cups Vegan Sour Cream
1 1/2 cups Vegan Mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. Chili powder (optional)
1/2 cup Lemon juice
3/4 tsp. Dry mustard
4 Green onions, chopped
Salad:
2 cans Native Forest® Hearts of Palm, drained
3 Large avocadoes, peeled and pitted
3 Large tomatoes
Few Red leaf lettuce leaves

  • Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, green onions, chili powder and dry mustard in medium bowl.
  • Set aside.
  • Cut tomatoes, avocadoes and hearts of palm into 1 inch pieces.
  • Combine in medium bowl.
  • Add just enough dressing to coat lightly.
  • Line large platter with Red leaf lettuce leaves.
  • Mound salad in center.
