Garlic Penne with Hearts of Palm

Penne with Hearts of Palm, Garlic

1 can Native Forest® Organic Hearts of Palm,
drained and sliced
3 liters Water
2 Tbsp Salt
500g Penne
¼ cup Olive Oil
8 Garlic Cloves, minced
Zest of one lemon
Salt & pepper to taste

  • Bring salted water to boil in a large pot.
  • Add the penne and cook until tender but firm.
  • In a large skillet (at medium heat) cook the garlic, olive oil, hearts of palm, and lemon zest.
  • Drain the pasta and toss it with the sauce.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
