Pumpkin Pie
29oz can Pumpkin
5 eggs or egg substitute
1 can Native Forest® Organic Classic Coconut Milk
¾ cup Water
½ cup Molasses
2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Cloves
Dash of salt
- Blend together well.
- Pour into 2 prepared pie crusts.
- Bake at 425º F for 15 minutes.
- Lower the oven to 325ºF and cook for another 45 minutes.
- Cool & enjoy!!
