Vegan Egg Salad Sandwich

The secret ingredient in this recipe is Native Forest Organic Hearts of Palm, it’s soft and white like an egg making it the perfect consistency for a vegan egg salad.
- 1 can Native Forest Organic Hearts of Palm, drained and chopped
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1 scallion, diced
- 1 tablespoon pickle relish
- 2 heaping tablespoons vegan yogurt or mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black salt
- Pinch of turmeric powder
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl and stir.
- Serve as a sandwich, with crackers, or even in lettuce cups!
