This warming wellness tonic is perfect for  the winter blue or colds, and will pick you right up!

Makes 2-3 servings⁠⠀

Ingredients:⁠⠀
  • 3 cups water⁠
  • 2 tablespoons Edward & Sons Organic Culinary Ginger Juice⁠
  • 2 inches of ginger, thinly sliced⁠
  • 1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns⁠
  • 2 inch piece of fresh turmeric, thinly sliced or 1/2 teaspoon dried turmeric⁠
  • 1 organic lemon, thinly sliced⁠
  • pinch of real sea salt⁠
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey (or to taste)⁠⠀

Instructions:⁠⠀
  1. Add all ingredients except honey to a small sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.⁠
  2. Strain and divide between 2-3 glasses.
  3. Sweeten to taste with raw honey and serve with extra lemon slices, sip and enjoy!
