Apple Spice Chia Pudding

This delicious and easy chia pudding is the perfect fall breakfast!

The chia pudding is made with Native Forest Organic Simple Coconut Milk, chia seeds, cinnamon and maple syrup.

Then, apples are sautéed with cinnamon and maple syrup until soft and tender!

Easy, delicious and perfect for fall!

 

Ingredients:

Sautéed apples:

  • 1/2 chopped apple
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Directions

  1. In a container combine all the ingredients together
  2. Stir well until fully incorporated.
  3. Place in the fridge overnight.
  4. In a pan sauté together the apples, cinnamon and maple syrup.
  5. Once the apples are soft, add it to the top of the chia seed pudding.
  6. Enjoy!
