Cauliflower Rice Stir Fry
Made with Premier Japan® Sesamiso™ Sauce
This easy week night meal comes together with just a few simple veggie-packed ingredients and is hearty and delicious!
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- ½ onion diced
- 4-5 mushrooms, diced
- 7oz tofu, diced
- 2 cups riced cauliflower
- 1 Tbsp Premier Japan® Sesamiso (or more to taste)
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Heat oil in pan. Sauté onion & tofu until browned.
- Add mushrooms and cook until soft.
- Add cauliflower rice, crushed garlic and Sesamiso and cook until warmed thoroughly.
- Finish with sesame seeds or green onions
