  1. Add coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup and vanilla extract into a jar.
  2. Shake well. Then put the lid on and refrigerate overnight or until set. The pudding should thicken.
  3. Remove from fridge and top with cereal and strawberries and blueberries!
  4. *If you don’t want to wait overnight, pop the chia pudding in a blender and blend until thick. Let it sit in the fridge for a few minutes and enjoy!
