Preheat the oven to 350F. Place parchment paper in a loaf pan or use spray/cooking oil.
In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients: banana flour, coconut sugar, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda, and sea salt. Whisk well.
In another bowl, whisk the wet ingredients until well combined: pumpkin puree, coconut milk , melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Then combine the wet ingredients with the dry until the batter is thick and well combined. Don’t overmix. Let the batter sit for a few minutes and fold in chocolate chips or nuts at this point if you’d like.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and spread even. Place more chocolate chips on the top and bake for 45-55 minutes. Let the loaf cool on a rack and enjoy!
