Baked Pineapple Tapioca

1(8oz) can Native Forest® Crushed Pineapple, undrained
1/4 cup Sugar
½ tsp Cinnamon
2 eggs or egg substitute, beaten
1 Tbsp Let’s Do…Organic® Granulated Tapioca

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• In a small baking dish, mix all ingredients.
• Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until set.
