Easy Cauliflower Soup

1 Head of Cauliflower, broken into florets*
2 Edward and Sons® Garden Veggie Bouillon Cubes
4 Cups Hot water
Fresh Minced Garlic (to taste)

• Combine cubes, water and cauliflower florets in a saucepan.
• Bring to a boil, then lower heat to simmer.
• Simmer for 10-15 minutes, until cauliflower is tender.
• Add minced garlic.
• Puree in a blender or with a hand blender.
• Add hot water to achieve desired consistency.

*Can easily substitute broccoli for cauliflower for an Easy Broccoli Soup.
