Give this decadent Pumpkin Spice Frosty a try and fall in love with fall! Made with our brand new Native Forest Cashewmilk Powder by our friend Natalie of @feastingonfruit
Our new Native Forest Cashewmilk Powder is made fresh and pressed with raw cashews to extract their creamy cashew milk and turn it into a powder.
Making it perfect for creamy beverages and smoothies!
Top it off with pecans, whipped topping or yogurt and pumpkin spice!
Pumpkin Spice Frosty
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup Native Forest Cashewmilk Powder⁠
  • 1/2 cup water⁠
  • 2 pitted medjool dates⁠
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds⁠
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice⁠
  • Pinch of salt⁠
  • 1-2 cups ice or frozen cauliflower⁠
Instructions
  1. Blend everything except ice until very smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the ice or frozen cauliflower and blend briefly until thick and frosty.
  3. Pour into a glass. Top with coconut yogurt or cream, chopped pecans, and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice. Enjoy!⁠
