This healthy and easy Peanut Butter Coconut Granola is about to be your new favorite breakfast staple!
All you need are 5 ingredients: rolled oats, Let’s Do Organic Shredded Coconut, peanut butter, maple syrup and cinnamon.

  1. Mix all ingredients & a bowl.
  2. Transfer to lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 350 20-25 minutes.
  4. Let cool, crumble & transfer to a glass jar
  5. Add to your smoothie bowls or enjoy by itself as a snack!
