 Vegan Gingerbread Blondies

They’re goeey and buttery, vegan + gluten-free!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup molasses
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1 flax egg (1 tbsp max meal + 3 tbsp water)
1/2 cup melted vegan butter
1/2 cup Let’s Do Organic Heavy Coconut Cream
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 and 1/3 cup gluten free all purpose flour
1 cup almond flour

Instructions:

1. Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl.

2. Add the batter to an 8 x 11 baking pan and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

3. Let it cool down, cut into squares and enjoy!
